We have to know who we are in order to determine where our passions lie (self-awareness). We must have our natural attributes developed and healthy to turn our passions into worthwhile goals (healthy development of natural traits). We must have the depth of awareness and strength of conviction to keep ourselves solidly on our authentic paths while preventing the agendas of others from pulling us off course derailing our efforts to achieve the goals we set for ourselves (personal boundaries). We must believe we can reach the goals we set before we will seriously pursue them (self-confidence) and we must know we are worth the effort (self esteem).
To gain all five essential factors, you MUST begin with self-awareness. There is no other way to genuinely have the other four. And if you are not happy and content with who you are - not necessarily where you are in life - but who you are, you can bet that you don't have sufficient self-awareness. You don't know your authentic self. Everyone loves the self nature gave them.
The only tool I know of that can get past the effects of conditioning and uncover an individual's true nature is the CORE Multidimensional Awareness Profile (CORE MAP). It is truly a MAP to the CORE of your being; to your authentic self. All of Success Mindset Coaching programs begin with this powerful tool. CORE quickly and effectively identifies the real you who is often very different from the developed "should be" or "supposed to be" you! Very often, just realizing that one is living a "should be" life is enough to create an enormous positive life transformation.
If you are not certain that you are functioning from your authentic self, you owe it to yourself to experience CORE MAP.
Mindset
Our lives, our wealth, our relationships, our business, our career and
the quality of our life is a direct reflection of how we think - at our
deepest level. Have
you ever known anyone who said they wanted to accomplish something and
all of their actions led them in the opposite direction? Perhaps they
consistently repeated a behavior pattern that time and time again
resulted in an unwanted outcome. These people don't even realize what
they are doing to themselves. They believe that something 'out there' or someone 'other than themselves'
always got in the way. Nothing 'out there' and no one else got in their
way. The problem is they couldn't get out of their own way. Their own
mindset that held them back and kept them from moving forward.
There
are also people who do create fabulous careers, businesses,
relationships, and/or wealth and then do something to throw it away.
For these people, there is something within them that also believes
that they cannot be, do or have this life. We read about such
self-destruction in the papers everyday among politicians, celebrities,
and corporate executives. Unsupportive mindsets serve to sabotage
people who think that they're not supposed to be, do or have whatever
they have accomplished so they create 'not being, doing or having it'. If our inner thoughts about ourselves, our world and our environment
are not in alignment with what we want to be, do and have in life then
we will not achieve our goals and aspirations. It is as simple as that.
"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." - Albert Einstein
